Television lamps are a product of the 1950s when watching TV in the dark was supposed to be bad for your eyes! This is a Royal Haeger lamp featuring a ceramic Boxer dog backlit by two fibreglass screens.

This piece measures 29.5cm long and 28cm high and displays beautifully. The dog is in immaculate condition with the Royal Haeger sticker still attached. The solid wood base has some variation in sheen but no damage to the wood. The fiberglass screens are both intact with minor fading around the edges.
